Purchasing and Accounts Manager
We are looking for someone who has excellent office administration experience, with attention to detail and good IT skills. They should be confident with a good telephone manner and enjoy working as part of a small, happy, dedicated team.
Experience in either working within a purchasing department or running a purchase ledger would be necessary, if you only have one of these skills we would arrange training in the other areas.
As you will be working for a small company, the job will be broad ranging, diverse and challenging.
Job Description (Working directly for the Commercial Director)
• Purchasing: Enquires/Order Requisitions/Progressing/Far East Import Administration/Reporting
• Purchase Ledger: Processing and Coding Invoices/Vendor Payments/Analysis
• Credit Control: Posting Payments/Credit Management
Our business operates Microsoft Dynamics NAV Software (Navision experience would be beneficial but is not essential and training can be provided)
We are looking for a full time person to start at the beginning of February.

Responsible to: Commercial Director
Salary: £22-25K depending on experience
Hours: 9.00am – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday (These will be our new office hours from
January 2019)
9.00am – 4.00pm Friday
Lunch: ½ hour
Holiday: 20 days holiday, plus statutory holiday, plus Christmas (We close for a minimum of 10 days at Christmas)
Pension: Basic UK Workplace Pension Scheme
