This is a permanent position and ideally full time but part time may be considered for the right person.
Role involves taking inbound sales calls from existing and new customers to buy and hire out machinery, as well as deal with service and repair of machinery.
This can be a fast paced environment and requires an individual with superb customer service skills, good knowledge of CRM systems and the ability to talk to all types of people.
Ideally you will have a knowledge of the construction industry, be able to liaise with engineers and relationship build with all customers so that they get a prompt response.
Ideal candidate will have experience of a CRM system, used to taking multi calls, have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritise and have a “can do ” attitude.
